Résumé

L'inspecteur aborigène Jay Swan est envoyé enquêter sur le meurtre d'une jeune fille dans la petite ville du centre du Queensland où il a grandi. Il se heurte à la fois à la méfiance des policiers locaux, Johnno et Robbo, et à celle de la communauté aborigène, dont fait partie Crystal, sa fille adolescente.
